Our dedicated efforts empower individuals to not only enhance their health and well-being, but also attain greater independence, triumph over substance use, cultivate essential life skills, access education, secure stable housing, build stronger family connections, and engage deeply with their communities. **We 're offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!** We're looking for 2nd Shift Residential Instructors to join our team! Come find your purpose and make a difference in the lives of others. As a Residential Instructor, you’ll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities. Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders. You will work with clients conducting groups and recreational activities and helping them with their behavior plans. **Qualifications:** You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications: * An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services * Two years of experience working with children * A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years * Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Compensation:** $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education. Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months. **Hours:** 2nd shift; Sunday 8am-10:30pm, Monday 130-10:30pm, Tuesday 1:30-10:30pm, Wednesday 12pm-1030pm. **What’s in it for you?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability * PTO begins accruing on your first day! * Up to 9 paid holidays annual
