5-7 years Residential HVAC installation experience, Experience removing old systems, Experience installing new systems, Ability to communicate professionally with customers, Knowledge of current HVAC codes, Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, Measure and install ductwork, Basic electrical knowledge, Comfortable working in hot and cold environments, Mechanical aptitude, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team
Nice to Have
EPA Certification a plus
