What They're Looking For.
Must Have
safe loading of waste, carrying bags and containers to the vehicle, directing the Driver from the ground, maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, maintain cleanliness on the route, maintain cleanliness in the work area, operate packing mechanism, activate lifting and loading mechanism, clean waste from packer blade, clean truck body, clean hopper and truck, perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle, report safety issues, courteously interact with all customers, service all customer routes in a timely and professional manner, continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste, clean area around an accidental waste spill, adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies, adherence to required productivity standards, service all customers in a timely and efficient manner, follow all required safety policies and procedures
What You'll Do.
Assist Driver in providing waste removal services
Safely load waste and carry to vehicle
Assist Driver in maneuvering vehicle
Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and work area
Operate packing mechanism and levers
Clean waste from packer blade and truck
Perform vehicle inspections
Interact with customers and dispatchers
Monitor waste for unacceptable items
Clean accidental waste spills
Adhere to productivity standards
Follow safety policies and procedures
