**Looking for Philippines-based candidates** **Job Role:** Residential Construction Scheduler **Compensation range:** $1,800 AUD - $2,400 AUD / Monthly **Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement **Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time. **Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** They are a property development and construction group focused on sourcing, funding, and delivering residential projects across Western Australia. Through a collaborative investment model and a team of experienced building professionals, they manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new home construction and renovation developments. They are committed to delivering quality outcomes and creating long-term value through strategic property investments. **Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Scheduler to support our Contracts Administrator across three building companies. This is a busy, detailed-oriented role, you will be taking over from an existing team member, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. **Key Responsibilities: ** * Build and maintain construction schedules across approximately 15 concurrent residential projects (new builds and renovations) * Perform takeoffs from building plans to support cost planning and procurement * Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met * Manage documentation, variations, and progress tracking across projects * Support the Contracts Administrator with day-to-day administrative and commercial tasks * Monitor project time
