All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. **Who The Client Is:** They are a property development and construction group focused on sourcing, funding, and delivering residential projects across Western Australia. Through a collaborative investment model and a team of experienced building professionals, they manage multiple projects simultaneously, including new home construction and renovation developments. They are committed to delivering quality outcomes and creating long-term value through strategic property investments. **Role Overview:** We are looking for an experienced Residential Construction Scheduler to support our Contracts Administrator across three building companies. This is a busy, detailed-oriented role, you will be taking over from an existing team member, so the ability to hit the ground running is essential. **Key Responsibilities: ** * Build and maintain construction schedules across approximately 15 concurrent residential projects (new builds and renovations) * Perform takeoffs from building plans to support cost planning and procurement * Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met * Manage documentation, variations, and progress tracking across projects * Support the Contracts Administrator with day-to-day administrative and commercial tasks * Monitor project time
