What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of professional work, valid driver’s license, pass a Motor Vehicle Records check
Nice to Have
Experience and knowledge of residential energy efficiency, Experience working with non-profits, Experience working in or managing a trade ally/service provider network, Certified Energy Manager or BPI credentials, Bilingual in Spanish and English
What You'll Do.
Review and approve projects
Perform desktop and field QA/QC
Validate technical project data
Ensure compliance with requirements
Coach and train Trade Allies
Train internal support team members
Support reporting team
Assemble and provide reports
Build relationships with Trade Allies
Build relationships with non-profit programs
Build relationships with sub-contractors
Build relationships with industry associations
Represent program offerings
Stay informed on energy efficiency programs
Evaluate program benefits
Stay informed on industry news
Stay informed on industry updates
