Graduation from high school or equivalent, Three months experience working with individuals in a residential or dorm living facility (RS II), Six months experience working with individuals in a residential or dorm living facility (RS III), Nine semester hours college coursework in human services, social science or related field (RS II), Fifteen semester hours college coursework in human services, social science or related field (RS III), Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), Certified in first aid
