What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be over 18 years of age, Successfully pass a pre-employment background check, Successfully pass a drug screening
Nice to Have
Previous experience in Luxury hospitality, High-end concierge services, Lifestyle management, Luxury residential operations, Event production or experiential marketing, food & beverage knowledge, including wines and spirits, Deep familiarity with San Francisco’s restaurant and hospitality scene, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, Experience working with analytics, CRM systems, event tracking platforms, or operational software tools, Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, Professional appearance and polished personal presentation
What You'll Do.
Curate and execute a robust calendar of luxury resident experiences
Conceptualize events from cradle to grave
Create experiences that resonate emotionally and intellectually
Continuously evolve programming based on resident engagement
Serve as the primary point person for elevated resident experiences
Assist residents with lifestyle-related requests and hospitality needs
Support residents hosting private or unique events within the property
Build and maintain relationships with San Francisco restaurants
Embody and elevate the 181 Fremont brand
Act as an engaging and visible presence within the community
Build authentic relationships with residents
Foster an environment that feels both deeply personal
Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of all resident engagement initiatives
Utilize software platforms and operational systems to measure effectiveness
Analyze trends and resident engagement data to continuously improve
Operate as part of a small
highly collaborative onsite team
Willingly step in wherever needed to support operational excellence
Assist with occasional front desk support
Maintain a hands-on mentality and a “no task is beneath me” approach
Travel throughout San Francisco to source products
Maintain awareness of the city’s evolving hospitality
