Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas., Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)., Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance., Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position., Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.
What You'll Do.
Providing effective customer service to all prospective tenants
current tenants and property staff
Assisting property staff with the planning and implementation of resident activities
Promoting a quality living experience for all residents
Coordinating all resident functions and activities
Orienting residents to the property
Assisting with utility set-up
Deliverance of packages and package claim reminders
Developing and publishing property newsletter
Handling resident issues
including neighbor disputes
and resident requests
Preparing incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues
Scheduling activity center or clubhouse rentals
Maintaining the contract on any such rental
Collecting applicable fees
Ensuring guest suites are in rental condition
Providing additional amenities to residents
such as movie rentals
Processing work orders for the maintenance department
Ensuring work orders are completed timely and accurately
Contacting the resident to determine if they are satisfied with the work completed
Preparing weekly maintenance report to verify resident requests are being completed
Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness
Alerting maintenance to items that need to be repaired
