We’re hiring a Resident Renewal Specialist to join our centralized operations team in the Denver Tech Center. In this fully onsite role (5 days/week) in the Denver Tech Center , you’ll support the resident lifecycle by managing renewals, notices, and key administrative processes that keep communities running smoothly. What You Will Do * Manage the lease renewal process (generate offers, prepare lease documents, finalize paperwork) * Process Notices to Vacate and ensure accurate documentation * Support onsite teams by handling resident inquiries and shared inbox requests * Assist with post move-out processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures * Maintain accurate records and resolve data discrepancies in internal systems * Collaborate with community teams to deliver a seamless resident experience ## Qualifications * 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable learning new systems and handling data entry * Professional communicator (written and verbal) * Property management experience is a plus ## Additional Information What We Offer AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance: * Expected pay rate of $21 - $23 per hour.
