Assist Property Manager
Address resident complaints
Address maintenance requests
Schedule repair appointments
Schedule resident meetings
Prepare correspondence and notices
Prepare resident account paperwork
Follow up with residents
Assist with rent increases
Assist with late payments/collections
Assist with evictions
Assist with move-in/out process
Maintain resident files
Maintain lease application files
Maintain deposit files

Team & Collaboration
