This role averages about 20 flexible hours per week, making it an excellent option for someone seeking supplemental income, reduced housing costs, or a second job. As a Resident Portfolio Property Manager, you’ll live on property and support daily operations, help create a safe and welcoming environment for the individuals and families we serve. **Position Summary** The Resident Manager is responsible for a residential apartment complex for persons with mental illness. **Responsibilities** * Receive and/or prepare work orders, address tenant concerns and follow up on any corrective actions needed. * Ensure the property and facilities are clear of debris and in working order. * Make minor repairs of the interior and exterior of the property as needed.
