What You'll Do.
Respond to resident feedback
Deliver high-level customer service
Assess resident needs and develop solutions
Provide recommendations and personal touches
Manage resident interactions with professionalism
Accommodate special requests
Resolve resident needs
Facilitate inquiries and concerns
Respond to requests accurately and timely
Make recommendations based on local knowledge
Organize resident personal belongings
Assist the leasing team with scheduling and organizing property tours
Comply with Workplace Rules and Standards of Conduct
Interact harmoniously and professionally with team members
Ensure property collateral and information are updated and current
and reservations for residents and guests
Store and retrieve personal luggage and belongings
Utilize software programs to input special arrangements and ensure billing accuracy
Assist in processing Resident Care requests
Provide basic trouble-shooting technical support for guest suite services
Facilitate the point of entry for solution provider deliveries and resident move ins and outs
Manage guest parking space assignment and issue parking passes
Oversee the bicycle sharing program
