Must Have
Bachelor's degree or a related field, Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP engineering, knowledge of HVAC, knowledge of fire protection systems, knowledge of relevant standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, ASME, BS), Excellent coordination and communication skills, Proven ability to prepare and review technical drawings and calculations, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
What You'll Do.
commissioning of Package Units
commissioning of Ducted Split units
commissioning of EOT Cranes
commissioning of Electric Monorail Hoists
Coordinate inspections with subcontractors and manufacturers
Resolve site-related issues
Prepare red-marked drawings
Prepare as-built drawings
Manage testing and commissioning of fire protection systems
Review HVAC ducting layouts
Review design load calculations
Review CO2 ventilation calculations
Follow up for timely approval of submittals and drawings
Conduct meetings with owners/engineers
Visit offices to address comments
Coordinate with civil teams for openings
Coordinate with civil teams for false ceiling work
Check and review water system P&ID
Check and review fire pump room layouts
Check and review sprinkler layouts
Check and review transformer deluge layouts
Check and review CO2 system P&ID
Check and review CO2 layouts
Check and review fire alarm layouts
Ensure compliance with standards
Oversee erection of electric pumps
Oversee erection of diesel pumps
Oversee erection of jockey pumps
Coordinate duct erection works
