### **About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile **Resident Engineer** to join for a one-year outsourcing engagement with our prestigious client. The ideal candidate will be a technical powerhouse with deep expertise in **F5 Load Balancing (LTM, GTM, ASM)** and **Core Enterprise Networking**. Additionally, hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications and WAN optimization (Riverbed) will make you the perfect fit for this critical, multi-faceted role. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **F5 & Application Delivery:** Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP systems, specifically focusing on Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM/DNS), and Application Security Manager (ASM/WAF). * **Network Infrastructure:** Manage and support enterprise-level Cisco routing and switching environments to ensure high availability and seamless connectivity. * **Collaboration & Unified Communications:** Administer and support Cisco UC infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), IP Telephony, and Webex integration. * **WAN Optimization:** Monitor, configure, and optimize WAN traffic utilizing Riverbed SteelHead appliances to maximize network performance. * **On-Site Support:** Act as the dedicated on-site technical point of contact for Modon, providing rapid incident response, change management, and proactive system health checks. **Requirements** ### * **F5 Networks:** Strong hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM, and ASM). F5 certification (e.g., F5-CTS or F5-CSE) is highly preferred. * **Routing & Switching:** Solid background in Cisco networking.
