### **Job Description** ## Overview AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Resident engineer is responsible for all planning aspects of a project. To implement and maintain project engineering records, monitor, and expedite weekly reports for accuracy, and develop and perform quality control procedures. ## Your role * Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects. * In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design specifications of ADNOC and TRANSCO. * Co-ordination and knowledge of Permits/NOCs involved in execution of Site activities. * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software * Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations. * Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders. * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Thorough knowledge of the UAE Building Code, safety regulations and standards. * Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills. * Active role in Site inspections for civil construction material and review of Shop drawings * Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. * Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency. * Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications. * Monitor work schedules and recommend mitigation measures as needed to meet project deadlines. * Supervise and monitor detailed documentation of all site construction activities. * Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes. * Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources. * Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills. * Active listening and verbal/written communication skills. * Dedication to implement new concepts and strategies. ## About y
