What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, 10 years of electrical engineering experience, project experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, semiconductor plants, understanding of HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, diesel generators, grounding, earthing, fault protection, electrical redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N)
What You'll Do.
Act as on-site electrical engineering representative
Review design drawings
Review material submissions
Review method statements
Coordinate with consultants
Coordinate with contractors
Coordinate with vendors
Coordinate with client teams
Monitor installation works
Ensure electrical works comply with requirements
Conduct regular inspections
Review and close out NCRs
Oversee testing and commissioning
Review commissioning documentation
Support final handover process
Identify potential electrical risks
Identify design issues
Identify site conflicts
Recommend corrective actions
Monitor adherence to site safety standards
Prepare progress reports
Prepare technical assessments
Track site instructions
Maintain project documentation
