Provide Independent Engineering advisory support
Perform technical due diligence
Conduct credit evaluation
Execute lifecycle monitoring
Provide assurance activities
Perform on-site technical representation
Conduct field observation
Ensure construction compliance
Review project documentation
Evaluate technical interfaces
Evaluate commercial interfaces
Support conditions precedent reviews
Support disbursement readiness reviews
Prepare defensible work products
Prepare daily reports
Prepare field directives
Coordinate with contractors
Maintain technical field records
Coordinate with engineering stakeholders
Coordinate with finance stakeholders
Coordinate with legal stakeholders
Coordinate with construction stakeholders
Coordinate with operations stakeholders
