What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, in construction supervision of large‑scale infrastructure, public realm, or urban development projects, including previous experience as a Resident Engineer or equivalent, knowledge of construction methods, standards, and contract administration, preferably with experience on FIDIC‑based or similar contracts, Proven experience leading multi‑disciplinary site teams and managing contractors on complex projects, Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and make sound engineering judgments, Proficiency in reviewing drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical submittents, and in preparing professional reports and correspondence, Familiarity with HSE and quality management systems in a construction environment
Nice to Have
Experience in KSA or the GCC region is preferred
What You'll Do.
Act as the Parsons lead representative on site
reporting to the Construction Director/Project Director and managing day‑to‑day construction supervision activities
Lead and coordinate the multi‑disciplinary supervision team (civil
wet and dry utilities

Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings
