4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Management, Minimum of 15 years experience in Construction Contract Administration, EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification

Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer registration in State of New Jersey or ability to obtain PE registration
