What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Networking, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, 4+ years of experience in networking, cloud, or service provider environments, understanding of IP routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, RSVP, LDP, EVPN, VPLS, IPv6, and QoS, Hands-on experience with Juniper networking platforms including MX, QFX, and EX series using JUNOS CLI, Knowledge of route reflector topologies, routing policies, migration strategies, and network scaling mechanisms, Experience with VPN technologies including MPLS VPN, EVPN, and L3VPN environments, Understanding of cloud networking architecture and Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts, Scripting or automation experience using Python, SLAX, or similar technologies, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills within complex network environments, Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure, Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing and presentation capabilities, Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within global and cross-functional teams, Experience interacting with customer support, escalation, and engineering teams in enterprise or service provider environments

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead and support moderately complex networking and cloud infrastructure projects involving cross-functional engineering teams and external partners; Collaborate with internal engineering, JTAC, escalation, and customer teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project delivery; Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and project team members; Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within global and cross-functional teams; Experience interacting with customer support, escalation, and engineering teams in enterprise or service provider environments

Communication Scope

Communicate project status; technical risks; solution designs; migration strategies effectively to customers and management; Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing and presentation capabilities
