What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering, four (4) years of progressively responsible experience, two (2) years of supervisory experience, Ability to work safely in an outside environment, Ability to effectively communicate in a clear, concise, organized, and persuasive manner in both verbal and written communication, Ability to supervise activities of lower-level employees, instruct them in proper work methods of highway and bridge construction, Knowledge/Skill with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
Nice to Have
Knowledge of HiCams, Knowledge of SharePoint/Plus, Knowledge of contract administration, Experience in performing engineering analysis on complex contract administration issues, timely approval/denial of these issues through supplemental agreements and claims, Experience in supervising subordinate employees, supervision of construction engineering inspection personnel, Customer service experience related to resolving problems, explaining engineering concepts to various customer groups, Experience managing multiple projects, directing multiple work crews
