What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in the relevant field
Nice to Have
Network Certification a plus, ACE L3 or above level certification would be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Serve as the technical contact for Arista’s deployments within the customer environment
Maintain and update High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
Create 'As-Built' documentation and Delta Design plans
Conduct regular configuration and network health reviews
Manage the upgrade and hardening of the Arista Fabric
Develop and support automation solutions using Arista python based APIs
Author Methods of Procedure (MoP)
Oversee complex change windows
Perform rigorous pre- and post-activity health checks
Coordinate with Arista teams for Product Lifecycle Management
Lead advanced troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
Act as the primary liaison for customer with the Arista Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
Perform routine bug scrubs
and vulnerability assessments
Investigate critical incidents or issues and provide detailed RCA reports and remediation plans
Plan and execute PoCs
Ensure all customer operations meet agreed-upon SLAs and timelines
Generate and validate Daily
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Elite Customers to design, build, and manage AI data centers; Work hand-in-hand with the Arista Account Team; Act as a bridge between customer and Arista’s core Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Engineering teams; Join a collaborative team of fellow Resident Engineers to share tribal knowledge, standardize best practices, and ensure seamless communication
Communication Scope
Interface with Arista Product Management (PM) and Systems Engineering (SE) to communicate customer requirements; Provide detailed RCA reports and remediation plans to customer leadership

Change Management, Project Execution, SLA Compliance, Performance Reporting
