Property Inspection and Security. * Daily and nightly property inspections. * Report vandalism and damage. * Monthly unit inspections. * Secure common area amenities and facilities. * Check operational status of equipment and furniture. Caretaking * Clean common areas thoroughly. * Maintain cleanliness and security in underground garage/basement. * Keep storage areas and rental office tidy. * Ensure cleanliness and security in mechanical rooms. * Maintain cleanliness and functionality of lobbies and entrances. * Clean vacated suites and ensure move-out requirements are met. * Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the building exterior.
