This is your opportunity to provide both customer service and effective engagement to learners while doing the work you love in the [beautiful coulee region](https://thriveinlacrosse.com/) of La Crosse, Wisconsin ** _What 's Available:_** * 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) * Shift: Monday- Friday, Days * Starting pay of $19.86/hr + more for experience * Department: Medical Education (Residency/Fellowship Programs) * Location: La Crosse, WI (Clinic 3rd Floor) ## ## **​Candidate should be within a one-hour drive of La Crosse, WI as this position will at times require in-person events such as training exams, etc.** ​ ## _Schedule Example:_ * Set schedule options would be choice of 7:30AM-4PM, 8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5PM. **_Key Responsibilities:_** * Provide administrative support to multiple residency and fellowship programs such as General Surgery Residency, Hem/Onc Fellowship, Hospice & Palliative Fellowship, and Emergency Medicine PA Fellowship. * Schedule meetings and manage calendars using Microsoft Outlook * Communicate effectively via email, phone, and chat * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Adapt to new technologies and software platforms * Collaborate with team members and program leadership ** _Qualifications:_** * Associate degree required; interest in pursuing a bachelor’s degree is a plus * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills across all platforms * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and Planner is a plus (training available) * Ability to multitask and switch between tasks efficiently
