What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, Associates in Interior Design, Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in vacation rental PMS like V12 or Escapia with a focus on accounting modules, Minimum of five (5) years marketing and sales experience in the luxury travel agent sector, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Ability to negotiate persuasively and close contracts, Ability to make sound decisions, Ability to manage a high volume of request especially during peak season and respond promptly to all online inquiries, guest phone calls and walk-in request, Ability to seek new and innovative techniques to improve rental revenues, Ability to liaise with owners, hotel staff and clients on matters relating to property, flexible schedule, must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to Have

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in luxury real estate, any established connections with wholesaler and agencies a plus

Managing and Marketing rental properties

Coordinating photography of residential properties

Mobile app and reservation software management

Coordinating projects in relation to the Rental Program

Performing pre-arrival and departure inventories

Responding to guest issues

Maintaining maintenance and service contracts

Assisting in forecasting the rental program annual budget

Reviewing revenue reports

Implementing initiatives to drive room revenue increases

Performing daily audit of group blocks

Managing commissions system

Preparing Employee Engagement action plans

Hosting department meetings and team outings

Performing Group-Rooms coordinator duties

Balancing suites to optimize selling power

Straight lining availability

Focusing on details and accuracy

Managing Cancellations/Early Departures process

Managing Festive Deposit process

Coordinating with transient sales and reservations team

Providing training to central reservations agents

Communicating service failures

Assisting meeting planners

Auditing staff for Forbes standards

Managing Reservations schedule

Maintaining a department Goals board

Entering complaints in HotSos

Performing social hour shifts

Ordering supplies and tools

Managing incentive program

Balancing Employee Engagement

Guest Engagement and Financial Performance

Completing projects by deadlines

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with the Revenue Manager & Rooms Coordinator; Work with Finance; Attend required meetings with revenue, group sales, catering and events, rooms division, etc.; Communication with Revenue, GM, Resort Manager, FOM, Sales Managers, Reservations team, Finance and Rooms Controller; Coordinate with transient sales and reservations team; Collaborate with sales and marketing team; Liaise with owners, hotel staff and clients
