What You'll Do.
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the residents’ needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Handles all Resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
accommodating special requests whenever resolves customer assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
Provides a safe and comfortable ride for Residents.
Assures that the resident car is in good repair and is stocked with the necessary amenities such as bottled water
current newspapers and magazines.
Has knowledge of the local area so that the Resident can be transported to and from their destination in the shortest possible time.

Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned.
Enforce rules and regulations with residents.
