What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High School Diploma, Minimum of at least 18 years of age, Computer proficiency, attention to detail, demonstrated organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms concurrently, Excellent interpersonal skills, administrative skills, telephone skills, other communication skills, customer service

Nice to Have

Prior experience in hospitality, travel or e-commerce

What You'll Do.

Serve as primary point of contact for partners

Communicate with partners on account requirements

Assist with maintaining accurate inventory

Process updates to rates

Ensure consistency of information

Assist with new account setup

Verify live listings for accuracy

Audit existing accounts for accuracy & compliance

Identify inaccuracies and recommend corrections

Assist is maximizing listing quality

Assist in reporting related to listings

Develop a full working knowledge of the company brand

Assist unit managers and call center with complaints

Communicate effectively with management

Represent the company in a professional manner
