About the Role As a Reservations Agent, you will be part of our team supporting corporate clients, group bookings, and individual requests. You’ll handle enquiries primarily via email and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional booking process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys contributing to seamless guest experiences without working directly at the front desk. Your key responsibilities: ● Handle incoming corporate and group enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner ● Create and send tailored offers using our online quotation tools ● Process and manage requests for group bookings, ensuring accuracy and clear communication ● Liaise closely with Guest Support, Operations, Revenue Management, and Finance to ensure consistent and accurate information flow ● Maintain updated records in our reservation and CRM systems About You We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds—even if you don’t meet every requirement.
