What You'll Do.
Handle all room reservation enquiries
Provide knowledgeable and personalised recommendations
and manage reservations
Ensure all guest profiles are recorded
Maximise room occupancy and revenue opportunities
Deliver exceptional guest service
Build rapport with guests
Coordinate closely with other hotel teams
Respond professionally to guest requests
Prepare daily arrival reports
Manage check ins and check outs
Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities
Ensure compliance with hotel policies
Assist with group bookings and special events

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Spa, and Food & Beverage teams
