Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and proficiency in using computer systems and software, Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, Fluency in English

Nice to Have

bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service roles is an asset, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset

What You'll Do.

Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability

Assist guests with modifications or cancellations to existing reservations

Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented

Process payment transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and financial documentation

Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities

and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests

Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and high levels of empathy

working towards a satisfactory resolution

Coordinate with other departments to ensure that guest requests and special arrangements are properly communicated and implemented
