Previous hospitality, reservations, or customer service experience preferred, communication skills, Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment, Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, US work authorization is required
Nice to Have
Computer Opera, ACD, or similar systems a plus, additional languages beneficial
What You'll Do.
Handle incoming calls
and online requests for reservations
Follow all Reservations and Communications (ResComm) procedures and service standards
and confirm reservations
including special requests and billing details
Support room and rate availability guidelines to help maximize occupancy
Assist with OTA and group reservation updates as needed
Provide special handling for VIPs
Communicate guest needs to relevant departments for a seamless stay
Manage wake-up call requests and maintain accurate logs
Stay updated on room types
and system changes through ongoing training
Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Front Office, Revenue, Spa, and F&B teams to ensure smooth communication and a seamless guest experience; Communicate guest needs to relevant departments for a seamless stay
