What You'll Do.
Manage and process reservation requests accurately and within required timelines
Drive upselling opportunities and maximise room revenue in line with targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates
and selling strategies
Ensure all bookings are captured
and followed up in line with SOPs
Monitor upcoming arrivals and reconfirm bookings to ensure guest readiness
Deliver professional and friendly service when handling guest enquiries
Maintain accurate reservation records and prevent booking discrepancies
Apply hotel policies related to cancellations
Liaise with Front Office
and other departments to support smooth operations
Stay informed about hotel facilities
and local events to enhance guest experience

About the Role The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling all booking enquiries and reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in maximising room revenue, supporting guest satisfaction, and maintaining strong coordination with operational departments.
