Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Reservations or Front Office within a hospitality environment, attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence, Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, Good organisational and time management skills, Basic understanding of revenue management principles and upselling techniques, Familiarity with hotel operating systems and technology (PMS & RMS), as well as distribution channels, Understanding of the regional and local market, including competitors and key destination events, Professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

What You'll Do.

Manage and process reservation requests accurately and within required timelines

Drive upselling opportunities and maximise room revenue in line with targets

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates

and selling strategies

Ensure all bookings are captured

and followed up in line with SOPs

Monitor upcoming arrivals and reconfirm bookings to ensure guest readiness

Deliver professional and friendly service when handling guest enquiries

Maintain accurate reservation records and prevent booking discrepancies

Apply hotel policies related to cancellations

Liaise with Front Office

and other departments to support smooth operations

Stay informed about hotel facilities

and local events to enhance guest experience

About the Role The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling all booking enquiries and reservations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You will play a key role in maximising room revenue, supporting guest satisfaction, and maintaining strong coordination with operational departments.
