What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email, Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
What You'll Do.
Assist with calls from and to customers
Support field team members and dealerships with equipment and reservation management
Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand
Review reports for equipment placement and reservations
Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
