What You'll Do.
Perform experiments following established protocols
Perform mouse tissue harvest
Perform homogenization
Perform single cell isolation
Perform flow cytometry
Perform gel electrophoresis
Conduct mouse colony maintenance
Collect experimental data
Organize experimental data
Record experimental data
Perform isolation of bone marrow cells
Utilize cell differentiation methods
Perform PCR for mouse genotyping
Perform gel electrophoresis for mouse genotyping
Assist in training undergraduate students
Enter experimental data
Organize data for review
Attend relevant seminars
Assist with routine laboratory upkeep
Monitor supply inventory
Monitor reagent inventory
