Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, 2 or more years of hands-on experience in oligonucleotide synthesis, 2 or more years of hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, Proficiency in LC-MS (ESI) operation, Proficiency in LC-MS data interpretation, Ability to collaborate with engineers, Ability to safely operate custom and prototype tools
Nice to Have
NGS sample preparation experience, NGS instrument operation experience, Knowledge of scripting languages, Fluorescence imaging experience, Plate reader experience

Maintain QC analysis of oligonucleotides
Run oligonucleotide synthesizers
Troubleshoot oligonucleotide synthesizers
Support method development
Support experimental design
Support data analysis
Manage inventory of reagents
