Create study administrative binder

Maintain study binders

File documents timely

Review binders prior to monitor visits

Prepare IRB related documents

Submit IRB related documents

Maintain IRB related documents

Ensure accuracy and congruency

Confirm investigators

staff and departments

Collect CVs and licenses

Confirm IRB training requirements met

Maintain master file of CVs and licenses

Collect and store regulatory documents

Keep site documents up to date

Oversee document retrieval

Oversee document archival

Work with marketing and research staff

Ensure studies posted appropriately
