Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, auditing, or M&A-related areas, knowledge of financial analysis and business evaluation, Advanced analytical and research skills, Ability to handle large volumes of information and synthesize it clearly, Advanced written and spoken English
Nice to Have
Experience in due diligence or M&A processes, Knowledge and experience in financial modeling, Understand the importance of have a correct information management, Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection, Correct Information Security Management

Conduct market and sector analysis
Collect and evaluate preliminary information
