Find your next career opportunity and make a difference doing what you love at Children’s. _**Job Description**_ As an integral member of the Pharmacy team, the IDS Pharmacist provides investigational pharmaceutical care services by evaluating, implementing, and maintaining research drug protocols within Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Ensures drug-related studies are conducted in compliance with established protocols, institutional policy and procedures, and state and federal regulations. Facilitates and manages investigational drug procurement, storage, distribution, destruction, inventory, and record keeping of pharmaceutical research. Works collaboratively with members of the research team, assumes education responsibilities, provides accurate and efficient dispensing of medication, performs administrative responsibilities, and maintains overall responsibility for pharmacy operations. **Experience** * Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a pharmacist **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a hospital pharmacist * Prior experience as an investigational drug or oncology pharmacist * Previous experience with sterile and hazardous drug compounding * Prior knowledge of regulations and guidelines that govern the conduct of drug-related research **Education** * Graduation from an accredited pharmacy school (Bachelor
