In-depth technical knowledge and experience, Thorough understanding of underlying principles, Perform prescribed activities in timely manner, Handle different types of queries in mailbox, Manage process for timely flow of disclosures, Create and review data reconciliation reports, Work with IT to specify requirements, Set up research packages and maintain them, Process requests from Research Sales team, Work closely with Research Sales team, Manage entitlement support issues, Manage access and subscription of research, Escalate concerns to Research Operations management, Ensure operational processes are documented, Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, Present information meaningfully for decision making, Build a robust control environment, Adherence to highest standards of risk management, Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
