Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Studies, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in research or consulting, Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Meticulous with analytical and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in standard PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
