We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence. The Research Manager owns the scientific evidence bar across Blueprint. This person decides what gets adopted, rejected, or monitored across protocols, products, supplements, devices, therapeutics, and ingredients - and defends those decisions with rigorous, structured reviews. You will work across the company: with our concierge longevity practice to vet products and protocols, with our partnerships team to vet prospective collaborators, with our product R&D team to determine ingredients and formulations based on evidence, with our prescription longevity medicine team to select therapeutics, and with our biomarkers lab testing team to create optimized lab panels.
