**Join Our Team at the****Centre for Quantum Technologies****, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore** The Centre for Quantum Technologies is a pioneering quantum centre in the world offering a diverse research culture at the intersection of three different fields, namely, theoretical, experimental Physics and computer science. We are seeking a Research Fellow to be in charge of an experimental apparatus aiming to develop a quantum processor based on Neutral Atom Arrays. The role will focus on developing the experiment, data acquisition and analysis, and supervision of undergraduate and PhD students. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop cold atom apparatus using state-of-the-art technologies * Develop the necessary interface to drive a quantum processor * Report at least on a weekly basis on the progress to the principal investigator * Supervise a research team of 4-10 people **Job Requirements:** * Holds a PhD degree in Experimental Physics, with specialization in Quantum Physics, Optics, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution. * Possess at least one (1) year of relevant experience in similar research or experimental role. * Experience or familiarity with cold atom systems, laser systems, vacuum systems, and photonics. * Possess strong skills in experimental design, data acquisition, and data analysis. * Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a research environment. * The candidate should have experience in supervision of undergraduate and/or PhD students.
