What You'll Do.
Oversee daily research facility operations
Ensure laboratories are maintained in optimal condition
Manage service requests
Manage vendor interactions
Monitor environmental conditions
Maintain equipment inventory
Maintain service records
Maintain documentation
Assist with procurement of scientific equipment
Assist with installation of scientific equipment
Assist with decommissioning of scientific equipment
Coordinate preventative maintenance for laboratory equipment
Coordinate calibration for laboratory equipment
Coordinate repairs for laboratory equipment
Ensure proper waste disposal
Serve as primary point of contact for researchers
Manage access control systems
Manage user permissions
Support laboratory renovations
