Must Have
SPM, at least 1–3 years of experience in plantation, agronomy, or agricultural research, knowledge of oil palm plantation operations, sampling techniques, and data collection, valid driving license (B2), ability to work independently and in a field environment
What You'll Do.
supervise and coordinate agronomic research activities in plantations and nurseries
ensure all field operations
and study implementation adhere to research protocols

supervise daily agronomic research activities in plantation and nursery areas
coordinate field workers and research assistants during sampling
and study implementation
ensure all agronomic research activities are conducted according to research protocols and established work schedules
ensure accurate and systematic recording of yield results
vegetative measurements
review and verify research data before submission to the responsible officer or researcher
ensure research areas
and workspaces are well-maintained and organized
prepare and submit work progress reports and study reports within the stipulated period
assist research officers in resolving field-related research issues
ensure safety procedures and company regulations are followed during field operations
liaise and collaborate with plantation personnel and other departments regarding research activities
