Must Have
BS in a scientific discipline or relevant experience, 1+ years experience working in a regulated combination of relevant experience and education considered, Basic computer experience including Microsoft Office suite, English proficiency required to read and interpret documents such as industry specific documents, Solid reasoning abilities, Able to operate laboratory equipment, Work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment, Work cross functionally on process improvements, Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to multi-task, Maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment, Able to manage change, Readily adapt to new projects, Positive attitude toward work and co-workers, Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees, Identify and resolve problems as they are encountered, Understands work schedule and completes assignments on time

What You'll Do.
Perform test and control article formulation
dose preparation and dispensing
Receive test and control article materials and maintain chain of custody documentation associated with test and control materials
Maintain accountability and reconciliation of test materials
Review protocols and formulation instructions and calculations for accuracy and completeness
Perform dose preparation
sampling and dispensing of test and control article materials
Ensure appropriate review of data is completed in a timely manner
review and reconciliation of test material in a timely manner
Perform disposition of test materials when necessary
Evaluate as needed test article processes for adherence to GLP regulations
Coordinate and ensure the validation/calibration status of equipment used in the formulation laboratory with equipment group
Address audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Review SOP's for laboratory procedures and equipment for completeness and accuracy
Participate in protocol review meetings
formulation instructions and calculations for accuracy and correctness
Prepare and ship materials as needed
Cross train to support pharmacy operations
i. e. dispense controlled substances
Participate in reviewing training materials and SOPs
