What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in English and Hindi, 1+ year of experience as a Tel caller with US Process or International Call Centre, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written, Have a comfort level of being on the phone, Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform, Independently motivated and inspired by working in a dynamic environment, Comfortable with change, with the ability to seek opportunity in uncertain conditions, Analytical and a strategic thinker, Ensure 100% accuracy and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask, Willing work from Office, Willing to work in IST shift, Must be willing to work in General shift hours
What You'll Do.
Recruit M360 Research panellists via phone
Carry out cold calling to recruit respondents
Carry out online desk research of phone numbers
Communicate project details clearly to participants
Inform line manager of recruitment issues
Provide feedback on project feasibility
Complete phone screening of recruited respondents
Schedule and confirm qualitative respondents
Send confirmation letters and consent forms
Complete follow up calls
Achieve daily number of calls and strike rate targets
Follow phone quality communication parameters
Call respondents to complete onboarding process
Call inactive respondents to reactivate accounts
Provide professional support to members
troubleshoot and handle enquiries
Resolve project specific issues
Handle enquiries according to company policy
Complete verification process for new panellists
Carry out data quality checks for existing panellists
Build and maintain relationships with panel members
Provide input for updating communication procedures
Assist with system and process enhancements
Complete panel verifications
Provide assistance on market research project set up

Work with US and EU Operations / Project Management team members
Communication Scope
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written; Comfort level of being on the phone
