Must Have
Master’s qualification degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Factors, Transportation, or related field, At least 1–2 years of relevant experiences in human-vehicle interaction, trust, or social psychology / technical hands-on experience in experimental design and driving simulator platforms, Familiarity with experimental research methods, Familiarity with statistical analysis, Familiarity with human factors principles, Good written and oral communication skills, Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e. g. SPSS, AMOS, Stata, or Python), Proficiency in qualitative analysis tools (e. g. NVivo), Competent in analytical thinking, Competent in attention to detail, Competent in scientific writing, Ability to work independently, Ability to work collaboratively, Ability to manage multiple tasks under project timelines, Demonstrate organisational skills, Demonstrate time-management skills
