What You'll Do.
Recruit M360 Research panellists via phone
Carry out cold calling to recruit respondents
Carry out online desk research of phone numbers
Communicate project details clearly to participants
Inform line manager of recruitment issues
Provide feedback on project feasibility
Complete phone screening of recruited respondents
Ensure qualitative respondents are scheduled
Send confirmation letters and consent forms
Complete follow up calls
Achieve daily number of calls targets
Achieve strike rate targets
Follow phone quality communication parameters
Comply with ISO 20252:2019 standards
Comply with ISO 27001 standards
Call respondents to complete onboarding
Call inactive respondents to reactivate account
Provide professional support to members
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Work with US and EU Operations team
Resolve project specific issues
Handle all enquiries according to company policy
Complete verification process for new panelists
Carry out data quality checks for existing panelists
Build and maintain relationships with panel members
Provide input on communication procedures
Assist with updating system and processes
