MSc or MTech or MEng in Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, background in Polymer chemistry, adhesive bonded joints failure analysis, material design, mechanical design, chemical testing (rheology), hands-on experience in handling polymers, adhesive bonding technology, Machine or mechanisms Design, Mechanical Testing, Good hands-on experimental exposure

Clean adhesive traces
Rebond with minimum surface preparation
Deep drive into modification of adhesives
Investigate hysteresis heating response
Fabricate hybrid joints
Investigate debonding response
Develop necessary test matrix
Develop instrumentation and fixtures
Disseminate research outcomes
